Governmental & Administrative Law

Having worked in several areas of government and currently representing both Cleveland County, North Carolina and the Cleveland County Water Board of Commissioners, Mr. Moore has a keen sense of issues facing governmental units.  Mr. Moore also is currently serving as the Speaker of the North Carolina House of Representatives, which gives him tremendous insight into the issues facing governmental bodies.  He also has experience representing citizens dealing with various governmental agencies and elected bodies on a range of issues including zoning matters, land use & planning, and state administrative matters (including DMV licensing issues).
